The Expo Returns in January

Following its incredible debut in 2017, the Mid-America Restaurant Expo returns to the Greater Columbus Convention Center January 28-29. This premier foodservice event attracts more than 4,000 experts, exhibitors and operators to meet-up, learn and discuss the latest trends and topics impacting the restaurant industry. Take a look at what's new for 2018!

The James Beard Award winner, best-selling cookbook author and co-host of TV's The Chew will discuss the trials and triumphs he's encountered along the way to becoming one of the country's most admired chefs. In addition to his own chef demonstration, Iron Chef America judge Mario Rizzotti will bring his expertise and flare as he emcees several culinary demonstrations.
